**Job Description:**
This Corporate Recruiter position is a part of the Talent Acquisition team within Global Human Resources.
The role will provide strategic talent acquisition support for Merrill Edge as part of Bank of America's Consumer Banking business.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and hiring for Merrill Edge registered sales roles, both fully licensed professionals as well as professionals who will train for licensing through our in-house Advisor Development Program.
Position Overview and Description:
+ Strong, seasoned recruiter to provide full life cycle recruiting
+ Consultative partner who will create and implement a talent acquisition strategy for identifying internal and external talent. Partners include line leadership, HR, LD, compensation and finance
+ Focus on mid-level hiring of registered salespeople across multiple sites within New England
+ Focus on mid-level hiring of unregistered salespeople who will train for licensing through our Advisor Development Program
Scope of Responsibilities:
+ Manage client and candidate relationships at the professional level
+ Provide consultative and strategic recruiting services, including research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development assessment, client advice and candidate close
+ Partner with internal clients to determine business needs, identify skill gaps, solicit input on recruiting strategies
+ Be a consultative partner and resource to Global Talent Acquisition team members and other HR partners.
+ Develop and execute staffing and diversity hiring plans. Leverage external networks, professional organizations and market demographics to identify and pipeline a broad and diverse external talent slate
+ Represent at recruiting events or other market activities
_Enterprise Role Overview_
_Independently manages the search and selection process for professional, sales and management, technical, and other niche skill positions. Manages the full lifecycle of staffing processes; to include networking and pipelining. Engages and leverages business partners, such as Human Resource Managers, Relationship Managers, and Leadership Development to achieve results and deliver on Staffing plans. Individual contributor role with 3-5 years of recruiting experience._
**Required Skills**
+ Minimum of 3 plus years professional level recruiting experience, including but not limited to; developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies, cold calling, candidate assessment through phone screens/interviews, management of the end-to-end recruiting process, etc.
+ Ability to work across the organization to achieve results, ideally in a large organization requiring interaction within multiple business units
+ Must have client management experience, with strong credibility, presence, and the ability to influence executives and provide consultative services
+ Must have an ability and desire to stay abreast of sourcing strategies, trends and market conditions in the local and broader marketplace.
+ Must be action oriented and self-driven.
+ Experience providing fact-based assessments of talent to provide clear recommendations
+ Must maintain and exude a strong sense of integrity
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills
+ Must be a collaborative team player and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change
**Desired Skills**
+ Bachelor's degree preferred
+ Extensive experience with passive candidate sourcing
+ Experience in financial services registered recruiting
+ Proven track record of directly sourcing talent with specific subject matter expertise
+ Demonstrated business acumen: an understanding of an organization s overall strategies, how the business operates and what drives success in the business.
+ Ability to persuade and influence
