The Co:Op Marketing Director is a senior:level marketing leader responsible for building out the marketing infrastructure for the Integrated Payments Solution Offering (IPSO) partner program. This role is critical to the continued growth of the Bank of America Merchant Services organization through strategic partnerships.
:Develop enterprise:wide marketing strategy to launch successful partnerships including value prop, messaging and marketing tiers and oversee the marketing needs for the launch of all new programs
:Define and implement the partner welcome and onboarding experience to ensure a successful partnership
:Launch the partner facing Marketing and Advertising Exchange (MAX) portal : a self:service website for co:branded marketing materials
:Develop co:branded marketing and educational materials to support our partners promotions in the channels they prefer
:Oversee ongoing marketing management of partner relationships post:launch including improving existing product marketing materials, product content and product communication strategies that support business goals.
:Participate as a critical stakeholder in IPSO business routines, including updates to executive leadership
:Lead the development of a small team of professionals responsible for creation and execution of product marketing initiatives, materials, presentations and related content. Provide timely coaching, mentoring and direction to team members in their development of product marketing initiatives and materials.
:Work closely with key business partners at First Data, Bank of America and Bank of America Merchant Services to develop effective product marketing materials across key channels.
:Manage an identified budget for product and marketing initiatives and provide monthly reviews to senior leadership and finance.
:Experience developing the vision and marketing strategy for new products and services. Must be able to execute on strategic and tactical objectives.
:Ability to position products, services and solutions to the target audience. Must be able to gain a technical understanding of payments products.
:Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate across multiple teams
:Ability to develop effective marketing communications or campaigns in multiple mediums.
