The successful candidate manages performance and mitigates risk for assigned vendors in a line of business. Measure vendor performance and other expectations as per the contract and business requirements. Responsible for the coordination and execution of the Third Party Vendor Management Program deliverables. Manages performance, and mitigates risk for assigned vendors that may vary in risk and complexity.
:Create and execute strategy of HR vendor management portfolio, driving consistency in vendor management across the HR function
:Manages vendor performance and other expectations as per the contract and enterprise requirements
:Complete vendor risk assessments to quality requirements per the VM Standards
:Manage the development and implementation of the vendor SLAs and performance metrics including testing
:Identify, develop and implement controls. Implement control testing of outsourced processes
:Documents and manages vendor issues thru to remediation
:Maintains relationships between vendors and LOB, proactively managing satisfaction of the business with the vendors
:Successfully completes all required Vendor Management trainingExperience
:1:3 years of Human Resources vendor management experience or the equivalent, preferably in Financial Services or another regulated industry
:Bachelor's Degree required
:Proven ability to manage vendor performance and drive improvement
:Proven ability to manage contract compliance and resolve issues
:Ability to demonstrate strong relationship management kills, using key HR partner relationships, to build credibility and promote objectives.
:Demonstrated experience in a Risk and Compliance environment.
:Excel skills including data analysis
:Ability to communicate to Executives verbally and in written formSkills
:Vendor Management certification preferred
:Six Sigma exposure desiredTools
:Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Products.Physical Requirements
