ACO Med Supply - Charlotte, NC

To provide services which relieve Executive from tasks that are associated with managing his personal and/or business life.

Responsibilities and Duties
•Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
•Organizing meetings and appointments, controlling access to the manager/executive
•Booking and arranging travel, transportation and accommodations
•Organizing events and conferences
•Reminding Executive of important tasks and deadlines
•Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
•Managing databases and filing systems
•Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
•Liaising with staff, vendors and clients
•Miscellaneous tasks to support highly demanding Executive
•Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
•Running errands
•Contributing to financial planning
•Other administrative, clerical and support duties.

Qualifications and Skills
•Flexibility and adaptability
•Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
•Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Highly Organized with the ability to multitask
•The ability to be proactive and take initiative
•Demonstrate Tact and diplomacy
•Must work well under pressure and deadlines
•Ability to maintain highly confidential information
