STAY AWAY OF RENTING HERE, WHITEHALL PARC apartment looks nice however this is not the feeling after you live here. I suggest asking someone who is currently living there before applying for the lease. THINK IT TWICE.

If you do not mind to live in a noisy place, terrible customer service, incorrect billing, extra and incorrect fees, this is the place for you.

Living here is like living in hell! Special for the management, their system shows incorrect balance amount, they charge you for late fees (60 USD) even when you paid in full the rent, I tried to talk with the manager (Name: April) to explain the situation but she was always busy (“meetings”), She never reply my calls, emails or was not able to talk with me when I visited the leasing offices. Management is AWFUL.

When I moved out the apartment, they charge me for replacing the carpet when it was not necessary (living there just 3 months), I paid for cleaning before leave, I talked to the property manager after several times trying to contact her about this situation and was met with: “PAY NO OPTIONS” or you bill goes to collect, Wow! Really? Bad attitude, Way to treat the customer, very rude and no customer friendly manager, I asked her for any probe that shows the carpet replacement needed but no response, I hope greystar company community evaluate their employee performance and see the number of complaints. The Manager April is Terrible!!!!!!
Another bad thing about the apartment complex are the walls, they are so thin and you can hear everything the people are saying and doing. You can hear when someone enters or leaves the apartment, and when someone is talking or simply watching tv.
