This wonderful first floor apartment is available for rent! It is a 1-Bedroom, 1-Bath unit at The Marquis of Carmel Valley in South Charlotte (www.mqcarmelvalley.net). The floorplan is "The Amethyst" and it is 788 square feet.
The start date will be February 1st. I need someone to take over my existing lease at my low rate of $642/mo, as I'm relocating for a job.
I really don't want to leave this place - this is one of the brightest, most sunlight-filled places I have ever lived. If you need sunlight and lots of it, you'll have it here (especially in the winter). The living room, dining room (including balcony door) and bedroom all have walls completely filled with windows.
There is a huge bathtub ("soaking tub"), a fridge, oven/stovetop, dishwasher, and washer/dryer hookups. There is also an outdoor storage closet and a wrap-around balcony.
The neighborhood is really quiet and safe - great for walking. The Greenway is a 2-minute drive (or a slightly longer walk) away. There is a small dog park. For this particular apartment, you get quiet (and friendly) neighbors too!
An application fee of $25 is required by the complex, and if approved you would pay $642/mo for rent. The lease will expire in April 2012, but you can always renew (nice option if you are looking for something short-term, though). A security deposit will be required by the complex.
