Around 12.000 out of 23.000 employees, in close to 108 plants, are in involved in manufacturing Sealed Air products. A global transformation plan initiated in 2015 is aiming at structuring, streamlining, bringing together and improving manufacturing globally across all divisions. In order to accelerate and support the transformation of maintenance, Sealed Air is recruiting a Global Maintenance Excellence Director.
:You will be responsible of designing and implementing a maintenance strategy across all Sealed Air worldwide. The objectives will be to change, improve and standardize maintenance by optimizing procedures, budgets and resources in order to reduce manufacturing losses, improve OEE and productivity. You will report directly to the VP Manufacturing and OPEX.
:Transforming maintenance is fully integrated into a wider transformation initiative lead by the SC SVP. Therefore, the Corporate Maintenance Director will be part of the MLC (Manufacturing Leadership Council) led by the VP of Manufacturing and OPEX, that provides guidance, reporting and actions to closely monitor the progress and results of the manufacturing transformation program.
:Transform maintenance organization and processes and drive continuous improvement
:Develop and implement our SEE Maintenance Work processes.
:Drive overall maintenance strategy for the company. Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for expanding initiatives and programs.
:Manager and lead the maintenance teams
:Provide matrix and project team leadership to develop and implement long:term maintenance policy that support the organizations manufacturing strategy missions and goals.
:Mentor and coach Site Directors and Maintenance Managers
:Create and develop a maintenance community group
:Professional engineer with operational experience of minimum 10:15 years in fast paced production environment, maintenance, continuous improvement, large project management and streamlining business processes
:Substantial experience engaging multiple users and groups across large organizations on maintenance and continuous improvement projects
:Successful implementation and use of TPM and Lean principles
:Ability to define and map business processes
:Effective leadership skills
:Thrive in a fast:paced, demanding environment and manage multiple priorities at once
