Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. seeks a Business Systems Consultant 6 in Charlotte, NC to act as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex, strategic, corporate-wide business problems to be solved with automated systems. Resolve complex issues and initiatives related to the risk systems/tools/applications managed by the Risk Platform Solutions group. Work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Participate in enabling business process through technology. Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Identify and coordinate creation of user stories and product backlog items (Agile development). Translate business requirements into RSA Archer configuration; provide and lead production support and maintenance; develop test plan components and test scripts.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience working simultaneously with multiple business / technology partners and managers at all levels, directing analysts to create configuration solutions, data integration, data flows, online reporting capabilities, presentations and other documents. 5 years of experience translating requirements into strategic capabilities with RSA Archer GRC platform capabilities, coordinating processes, programs, projects, and technology initiatives. 5 years of experience with RSA Archer configuration, working with all levels of the tool, inclusive of access, data feeds, layered applications, and environment management and experience acting as a liaison between client area and technical organization.
