**Construction Program Manager (MAC-Move, Add, Change)**

The purpose of this position is to provide Program Management from low to medium cross-functional projects and programs. The program manager isresponsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring efforts through a complete implementation cycle. Master schedulers work with a number of individuals, including supervisors, clients, and individuals from other companies.

Leads low to medium cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using a formal PMO process. Facilitates the development of a charter and integrated timeline. Ensures all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated. Responsible for program is competition.
Facilitates regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects (project pipeline). Collaborates with core team to develop solutions and leads project team through implementation and completion.
+ Organize, implement and maintain the scheduling management tool supporting identified work streams and their respective plans.
+ Log time-lines and maintain database of tasks and applicable status.
+ Log all new information into schedule tool; provide standard and routine reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes.
+ Interact with multiple stakeholders, external contract groups and staff to schedule work and coordinate assignments as needed.
+ Design and develop project schedule.
+ Gathering and Sharing project status reports across teams and other stakeholders.
+ Interact with team and task managers to facilitate scope definition and update detailed schedules, cost information and identification of variances from original plan.
+ Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas.
+ Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around or work with others to recommend work-around.
+ Identify and escalate potential risks affecting project profit, costs, and schedules and suggest related management strategies
+ Support work stream and initiative leaders to maintain timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems.
+ Assist teams in development and maintenance of periodic status reports to keep management informed on progress.
+ Conduct analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules.
+ Interact with customers, managers, operation leaders, financial consultants and others as required.
+ Other duties as assigned. **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES** No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university. Minimum four years of related construction program management experience. Prior Supervisory experience preferred.
PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
Strong process skills, negotiating, decision-making and analytical skills are necessary. Demonstrated ability in project management processes, tools and techniques.
Ability to build and maintain effective professional/client relationships.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project.
Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
