- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Update and maintain the Common Human Resources (CHR) database; initiate and ensure transactions are approved, for example:
*New hires
*Department transfers
*Rate changes
*Leaves of absences
- Perform onboarding activities of new hires/new contractors
- Create new employee files; ensure employee files and records are up-to-date
- Assist with planning and coordinating employee activities, Employee of the Month program, and newsletter, etc.
- Assist in maintaining company Intranet
- Assist in creating and updating all HR forms, memos, policies, and procedures
- Process all badge requests, for both contractors and NG employees; maintain the card reader access system (Symmetry Enterprise software)
- Provide reports, as needed to GM, HR Manager, Senior staff, and NG sector management as requested
- Coordinate travel for Senior staff members
