In the world of commercial pricing and profitability, providing bankers with the right information at the right moment – when they’re having a conversation with a bank customer about how to structure a deal – is what will help distinguish them among the competition and provide value to their customers. Everything in PrecisionLender is designed by starting at that critical human interaction and working backward, putting the focus on the bank customer, instead of a rate sheet.

PrecisionLender has grown rapidly and our client list now includes banks of all sizes, from those that serve local communities to those with offices around the world. And along the way we’ve held on to the same guiding principles: be helpful, be humble, be honest and be human.

About the position:
As a Managing Director – on the Client Success team, you’ll be working directly with financial institutions including community banks and credit unions, regional banks and money-center banks in the U.S. and abroad to help clients achieve THEIR goals. With offering a combination of banking domain expertise and industry knowledge, you’ll be a trusted resource for both clients and prospective clients. The ideal candidate is an organized, thoughtful, relationship builder who is inspired by innovation and the customer-focused business of banking.

You will encourage clients and potential clients alike to see the value in PrecisionLender. In this role, it’s your job to showcase the benefits of PrecisionLender and demonstrate to them how powerful the platform can be. You’ll understand their needs because of your prior experience in the banking industry or financial services industry and you’ll understand both the technical and change management challenges because you’ve dealt with all of this before.

• Develop, maintain and expand relationships with those involved in pricing and profitability, including Lending, Credit, Treasury, Operations/IT and the C-Suite.
• Work closely with clients and prospective clients to assess their current situation and help develop a plan to achieve their growth, profitability and risk mitigation goals. Design and advocate for organizational, process and behavioral changes necessary for clients to reach these goals.
• Provide domain expertise and support to our Client Development team during the sales process to prospective clients.
• During sales meetings, help communicate the time to value and ROI with using PrecisionLender.
• Perform tailored product demos and webcasts based on the specific needs and goals to help prospective clients understand how PrecisionLender can deliver meaningful value to them.
• Contribute insightful content and ideas for external communications including blog posts, white papers, webinars, podcasts, etc.
• Travel to clients and prospective clients to conduct meetings and strategy sessions (up to 30%).

Your experience & education
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar field.
• 10+ years of experience working in banking, or as a business consultant, or advisor to banks, or similar financial institutions.
• Account Management, Change Management skills and proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Polished presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in building strong relationships with key internal and partner stakeholders across organizational and departmental boundaries.
• Master’s degree is a plus, but not required.

How people would describe you:
• Resourceful and a Strategic Problem-Solver.
• Inquisitive and Not Intimidated By New Concepts.
• Diplomatic and Collaborative.

What you’ll get:
PrecisionLender strives to provide a generous and comprehensive benefits package to help you stay healthy, feel secure and maintain a great work/life balance. We offer competitive pay, medical, dental, vision, disability, 401k, real raise and bonus potential and contribute to your Health Savings Account (HSA). Our open vacation, sick day, have-to-go-wait-for-the-cable-guy policy is similarly generous, feel free to ask.
