Job Description:/h3:
Our client, a large financial services company in uptown Charlotte, is seeking an experienced Business Process/Design Consultant for a 9+ months contract assignment.
There are 2 available positions for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
:Contribute to the design, planning and execution of primary research studies involving stakeholders, customers and team members.
:Read and synthesize secondary research sources, analyze themes and findings, and present clear, actionable insights which establish standards for measuring performance against process requirements.
:Identify metrics that could provide data for process management indicators for future improvement opportunities.
:Help evangelize insights and recommendations across disciplines and departments.
:Help facilitate service design workshops with individuals across lines of business, producing activities and materials, and writing follow:up reports and action plans.
:Write, design, and present material to extended project team throughout project lifecycles, including to executive stakeholders
:Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross:entity, enterprisewide redesign initiatives that will encompass an end to end analysis and future state redesign that requires specialized knowledge or skill critical to the redesign effort.
:Develops root cause analysis and business case for proposed technology, staff and structure changes, including cost estimates.
:Establishes standards for measuring performance against process requirements.
:Aligns projects to management strategy.
:Produces new process improvement techniques and services.
:Develops metrics that provide data for process management indicators for future improvement opportunities.
:Identifies and manages resources, including cross:entity members, to successfully execute projects.
:Provides consultation on the use of re:engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
:May support to M and A integration efforts, possibly taking a lead role.
:Coaches multiple redesign teams in six sigma process and tools.
:Drives business awareness of quality/process methodology
Required Skills and Qualifications:
:Strong skills across a variety of disciplines:
:quantitative research
:qualitative research
:service design
:visual communication
:data visualization
:possibly interaction design
:business process analysis.
:10+ years business analysis experience.
:5+ years as a customer experience consultant in one or more delivery channels (digital, physical, virtual), ideally with 2 years or more as an
omnichannel/service design practitioner.
:Experience working inside a large corporate environment is required.
