We are a growing Regional Property Preservation Company. We are seeking for several motivated, hardworking individuals with experience in Property Preservation or similar type contracting work. Our workload includes, but is not limited to: board-ups, lawn maintenance, lock changes, winterizations, trash outs, roof repairs, replacement of windows and doors of all types and minor and major home repair work.
You will need the following items in order to complete the required work: RELIABLE Transportation, ALL lawn equipment (mower, edger, trimmer, and blower), trailer, air compressor, generator, water pump, drill, (other misc. tools), cleaning supplies and materials, cell phone, computer and internet to upload photos, place all bids, and complete PCR.
You MUST be well organized, be able to pass a Aspen Grove background check (or provide current Aspen Grove number), have locks (knob, deadbolt, padlocks and lock box's) with basic HUD key codes already on hand or have the ability to purchase them immediately for your work orders, working capital for 30-45 business days, and the ability to complete orders on time/accurately and communicate with your client (us) when additional information is requested-either by email or phone calls. You MUST be able to manage your time wisely and plan your workday route in the most efficient manner possible. Orders MUST be completed AND submitted ON TIME. Communication between you and our office is of the utmost importance, so good verbal and written documentation skills are a must! Contractors are paid per job 30-45 business days, after the initial period, deposits will be made weekly.
