Welcome home to your cozy & private home in Charlotte's favorite neighborhood NoDa. Enjoy one of the best brunches in town at Heist, the amazing coffee and pastries at Amelie's, beers at breweries like Free Range Brewing or pubs like Salud, foodie hotspots like Haberdish and Cabo Fish Taco all within convenient walking distance. The home is ideal for couples or small families looking for a fun time. Cruisers bikes provided for those wanting to enjoy the city on 2 wheels. Pets welcome! The Space: Our home is a recently renovated duplex in the heart of NoDa and within easy walking proximity of everything the neighborhood has to offer. It is an open layout home with plenty of space for 2 and could comfortably sleep 4 as well with the provided air mattress. A large barn door separates the living area from the bedroom and offers guests private enjoyment. The living room features an AppleTV with countless entertainment options including Netflix, Hulu and ESPN. The bedroom features Roku with similar entertainment options. A NES Classic is included as well for those wanting to enjoy a little classic gaming and the Echo Dot will blast your favorite tunes. The kitchen is well stocked with everything a guest needs for and enjoyable stay and there a plenty of linens and towels for a worry-free stay. The dining area is ideal for a homemade meal or some take home food. Come be at home in your own NoDa property. Guest Access: Guests will have full and sole access to the entire home (though the other half of the building is occupied by someone else). Interaction with Guests: We live and work nearby and are happy to interact as little or as much with our guests as they please. The Neighborhood: NoDa is one of the prime locations in Charlotte for leisure and entertainment. It features some of the towns top restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and music venues and was voted by Charlotteans as their favorite neighborhood. Looking for a coffee shop? Smelly Cat Coffee has you covered. How about a Food Network featured foodie restaurant? Head downstairs to Cabo Fish Taco. In the mood for some pastries? Amelie's French Bakery will rock your world. How about some good local craft beer at a brewery? Free Range Brewing, Heist Brewing, NoDa Brewing or Birdsong will spoil you. Want to hang out with your pup and other furry friends? Stroll over to Dog-Bar for some four-legged fun. In the mood for some music? The Neighborhood Theatre is your spot. These are just a few of the great spots located right within walking distance. There are numerous other options available. Getting Around: There is some public transportation and you can walk around with ease to explore the neighborhood. A car is recommended for trips outside of the neighborhood. Other Things to Note: We are baby and toddler friendly and can provide a pack-n-play if you would like to bring your little ones. We and the neighborhood are extremely pet friendly and strongly encourage you to bring your four-legged friends along There is no extra charge to bring your pet but please just let us know ahead of time and make sure to clean up any mess that is created.
